General Terms and Conditions for Online Reservations
These terms and conditions are valid for hotel accommodation and purchase of gift vouchers through the reservation platform of “MGR Management” EOOD – midiaresort.com. For promotional offers, specific payment and cancellation conditions may apply, which are an integral part of the description of the specific offer.
The announced prices are current at the time of visiting the “Reservations” section. They are subject to change depending on the occupancy of the hotel. “MGR Management” EOOD reserves the right to refuse a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure circumstances or emergencies, of which the client will be promptly notified.
Prices and payments
The prices for hotel accommodation on the platform are updated dynamically depending on the hotel’s occupancy and seasonal demand. The indicated price for a stay is guaranteed only after the successful completion of the reservation process, receipt of confirmation with a unique number and prepayment. “MGR Management” EOOD reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of established abuse or attempted fraud.
All announced prices include VAT and tourist tax. The final amount is formed based on the selected stay and room type. Additional services that are not explicitly mentioned in the description of the offer (e.g. parking, minibar, etc.) are paid on site at the hotel according to the current price list.
Promotional prices and special offers cannot be combined with other current discounts or reductions. The prices announced on the site are net and do not include commissions for tour operators or other intermediaries.
I. Reservation Guarantee and Payment
The reservation is considered confirmed and guaranteed only after payment of the required deposit specified in the reservation form or the specific offer. Payment can be made in the following ways:
By bank card: The platform accepts BORICA, VISA and MasterCard branded cards.
By bank transfer: Payment details in euros (EUR) are indicated in your reservation confirmation.

II. Cancellation and change policy
Up to 30 days before check-in: Changes or cancellations are made without penalty.
From 29 to 14 days before check-in: 30% penalty.
Less than 14 days before check-in: In case of cancellation or change, a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Early departure: In case of early departure from the hotel, the amount for the unused part of the stay is not refundable.
III. Extraordinary circumstances
In the event of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, official government travel restrictions, epidemics, etc.), MGR Management Ltd. reserves the right to revise the standard cancellation policies in light of the specific situation and applicable legislation.
IV. Refunds
In case of timely cancellation within the specified deadlines, amounts for reservations paid by bank card are refunded only through a reverse operation on the card with which the initial payment was made. Refunds are made within the statutory period.
Check-in and check-out
The standard check-in time at the Midia Family Resort Hotel is after 3:00 p.m. Early check-in before this time is possible only if there are free rooms and after confirmation by the hotel.
The rooms are vacated by 11:00 a.m. In case of exceeding this time, the following conditions apply:
Late check-out: Must be requested in advance (in writing or at the reception) and is confirmed only if possible based on the hotel’s occupancy.
Additional payment: For stays after 11:00 a.m. an additional fee is charged, which is paid at the reception according to the current price list.

Parking
Parking at the Midia Family Resort Hotel is free for hotel guests until the available spaces are exhausted. If there are no free parking spaces on the day of your arrival, a receptionist will direct you to the nearest public parking lot. The hotel does not undertake to reserve parking spaces.
Pets
Pets are allowed on the territory of the Midia Family Resort Hotel for an additional fee of EUR 10 per day. Owners are fully responsible for the hygiene and behavior of their pets, as well as for any damage to the hotel property.
Smoking
Smoking in the indoor areas and hotel rooms of the Midia Family Resort is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
If this prohibition is not observed, a fee of EUR 100 will be charged to your account for additional cleaning and refreshment of the room.
“MGR Management” EOOD is a personal data controller and processes the information provided by you in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The data is collected solely for the purposes of fulfilling your reservation and the legal requirements for registering guests in accommodation facilities.
This policy regulates the type of information collected, the method of its storage and the purposes of its use. The data provided is used for:
Ensuring the reservation and accommodation process;
Improving the quality of service;
Marketing analysis and understanding the needs of users.
Without providing the minimum required personal data, the use of the online booking platform is impossible.
“MGR Management” EOOD guarantees the confidentiality of your data and does not provide it to third parties for commercial purposes. Personal data may be provided to state authorities (e.g. Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Tourism) only in cases provided for by law.
